Amanda Smith is a native of Katy, Texas. She is a graduate of James E. Taylor High School where she was president of her senior class. She went on to pursue her undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Science at the University of Georgia. While at UGA, Amanda was an all-american gymnast and member of 3 SEC championship teams and 2 NCAA national championship teams. She returned home to pursue her Physician Assistant degree at Baylor College of Medicine in the Texas Medical center, where she graduated in 2005.
Amanda has been practicing in family medicine in the Katy area since 2006. She enjoys all aspects of family medicine including preventative medicine, women’s health care, and treating acute illnesses. She loves the continuity of care she has treating all members of the family. She has also obtained additional training in the area of aesthetic medicine and primarily focuses on injectables including Botox and fillers.
Amanda currently resides in Katy, Texas with her husband and two young children.
